Why £2 a Week is A Massive Fortune to Me!  And It Should Be a Great Deal of Money to You Also!

by Avril Harper author of 'Bank Big Profits Selling Vintage Topographical View Postcards on eBay' and 'Make Money Tearing Up Old Books and Magazines and Selling Them on eBay'.

Many people think I make a fortune online, but actually I don’t.  In fact I make about £100 a day, and I’m glad of it.  Glad of it because:

*  That one hundred pounds is free of overheads and, apart from the taxman wanting his share, it’s all mine!

*  I work from home - actually I spend most of my time working in my local library - at my own chosen speed, working hours that suit me best, and I don’t have to leave home for a minute unless I really want to.  Which isn’t very often!

*  I never meet customers face to face, sometimes people don’t even know it’s me who’s getting their money, and that suits me fine as well.

*  This £100 is the very least I earn each day, I usually make a good deal more, and I’m guaranteed to make that one hundred pounds from all the many tasks I have to choose from each day.

Another reason I always make £100 and sometimes a great deal more every working day is that I think and work in two pound units.  I rarely think in margins of ten or twenty pounds profit per sale …. two pounds is all I want!

BUT THE BIGGEST SECRET IS THIS ….. over time that £2 a week becomes £100 a year, and more in coming years.

Can you see a really great money-making idea unfolding here, can you see how I really can turn one day’s work, or more likely a few minutes’ work or an hour at most, into a regular source of income for many years to come?

Yes, of course you can see how it works, and if you join me you’ll also make a good living every day, without risk and with few or no disappointments.

Best of all you can keep the day job if you really want to and consider the £2-a-week money-makers you’ll read about now as icing on the cake!

Read on to see how it’s done where the following represent just a few of about one hundred tasks I have identified and from which I pick my own task for the day.  I don’t mind you copying anything I do, in fact I’ll be delighted.

*  Look for a product that will sell once a week, better still once a day, and preferably seven or eight or more times every twenty-four hours on eBay.  That product has to make me at least two pound profit after all overheads.  Now the big advantage to this idea is that no one with half a brain will spend all day trying to locate such a low profit item.  And that means these low profit products have few people chasing them and little competition on eBay.  That’s because most people think short-term profits and two pounds a week is a joke!  But real entrepreneurs like you and me consider the longer-term potential and make a great living as a result.

Work it out: if a product takes me a few minutes - or even half a day - to locate and makes just £2 a week, that’s one hundred pounds profit over the year, and few if no rival sellers on eBay or other marketplace.  So personally I’m thinking cufflinks and pendants, reproduction postcards and prints, CDs packed with resell rights items, a private label rights product uploaded to ClickBank and a handful of articles written and posted online to drive traffic to my new product, and more besides.

But think about it for a while and you’ll realise it takes just as long to identify an item that fetches ten or twenty pounds pure profit and sells ten or twenty times a day, as it does to find my £2 gem.  And that’s why you could just as easily go looking for higher profit, higher volume sales and promising not to be disappointed if £2 a week is all you get!

What sort of items are we looking at here?  How about:

-  Pound Shop finds that fetch a fiver each on eBay.

-  Pound shop or other low cost items you can bundle into threes or fours, fives at most, then charge ten pounds a pack on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

-  A CD filled with eBooks and reports that cost you ten pounds with resell rights and which you have rebundled and given an attractive new name and which you’re now selling for half the price you paid.  If you’re selling on eBay you do an advanced search for eBayers selling resell right items on CD, you determine how many items they sold each week at a tenner or more pure profit per sale!  Then you create a superior product from what they send you, you write a better sales letter, you make eBay image way more appealing than any you’ve seen so far.  You’re also charging much less than those other sellers, and that means your product should sell in much higher quantities.  £2 a week?  Are you kidding, multiply that by ten and you’re closer to reality ….. then multiply £20 by 50 representing weeks of the year ….. have two off to spend your dosh …..  and you’re onto £1,000 a year turnover ….. or more!

*  Here’s my favourite £2 a week money-maker which actually makes me several thousand pounds a year and it’s all based on those CDs containing resell rights titles mentioned early.   First thing I do is create folders on my desktop, each representing an individual niche market, such as dog training, writing, selling on eBay, and so on, and so on.  Then I slot all my new titles into their specific folders.  Next I grab the illustrations for products in each niche folder and I insert them into a ‘Word’ document one below the other until I have ten or more images.  To the right I add titles for the products, plus a short write up from their individual sales pages.  Next I call my package something like ‘eBay Multi-Income Business Systems’, ‘Dog Training Success Centre’, ‘Good Parents’ Resource Forum’, and so on.

Then I turn my ‘Word’ file into a web page, upload it, apply for approval to sell my new product at ClickBank, and that is it!

And if I never do anything more, a good keyword rich domain name will drive at least two pounds worth of profits my way every week.  And probably a great deal more!

But just to be safe and because it’s taken just a few hours to create my new product and the day is still very young, I create a free blog at blogger.com and write a few posts describing and recommending my new product.  My posts are hyperlinked to the domain name for the sales page for my product and that is it ….. and ….. from my last attempt, for a book about email marketing, I made more than one hundred pounds in less than seven days!

*  I look for someone selling products that complement whatever I am selling on eBay, or ClickBank, or Etsy, or Amazon, and many other marketplaces.  ‘Complementary’ is the operative word here because you do not want to be fraternising and sharing secrets with your products’ main competitors.  What you’re looking for is someone selling items not too different from your own and who has a mailing list of customers who might like to buy your product also.  When you find that person ….. make it ‘people’ because this is such an easy task ….. ask if they’d like to promote your product to their list for at least fifty per cent of the profits …. and make sure £2 or much more comes your way free of overheads on every single sale  ….. also ensure your prospects can sell at least one unit of product each week  ….. and there’s your £2 income plan for the week all done and dusted and ready to go!
